Making an appointment

Choose a doctor and the appropriate type of appointment in Alphen aan den Rijn. Consultations take place in Polish. The published appointment page specifies patients aged 18–70.

Payment information before you book

You pay the clinic directly. Stichting Med Partners has no contracts with Dutch health insurers. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on the care, the required formalities and your policy. Before your visit, ask your insurer whether a referral or prior authorisation is required and what reimbursement may apply.

Step 1 — choose a doctor

Gynaecology — iGabinet

Appointments with Dr Barbara Blicharczyk use the separate iGabinet system. On the production website, choose the appointment type and an available date.

Medical consultations and urology — Medfile

Dr Krzysztof Chyrek and Dr Paweł Niwiński use the same Medfile form. Select the correct doctor first, followed by the consultation or examination type and an available date.

Important information before your visit

Deposit and cancellation

A deposit of €80 may be required when booking. It is refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellation or non-attendance may result in an €80 charge.

Medical questionnaire

If you have not already completed the medical questionnaire, do so before your visit. It only needs to be completed once.

Cancelling an appointment

The production procedure is to send an SMS to +31 628 741 004 with your first name, surname and the word “rezygnacja”.

Payment and reimbursement

The full consultation fee is payable. Possible partial reimbursement depends on your policy; check directly with your insurer.

On the day

Report to reception on arrival. Occasionally, consultations may start slightly late.
